Howard, I did not know which topic this should go under. It is something that may be of interest to most types of RV'ers. Each year the Okanagan community college puts on an RV Owners Lifestyles seminar. This seminar attracts RV'ers and potential RV'ers from all over the USA and Canada. They go for 4 days, and have speakers on almost every topic imaginable. There are usually 3 to 4 seminars going at any one time, and the day is broken into 4 seminar periods. During this last seminar I was one of the instructors, teaching Satellite TV and internet, and also Full Timing. My average class size was about 50 people. As part of the tuition, coffee and lunch are included, including a BBQ or buffet on the last day. There is also lots of parking for rigs, and lots of visiting/networking in the evenings. The 2010 seminar will be held on June 25, 26, 27, and 28. You can go to this Link to get more details.

We went in 2006, the year before we bought a 5er and started fulltiming. One of the best things we did. It's kind of the Canadian version of Life on Wheels. Held at the college that trains RV techs and when we went most of the tech type courses were taught by college instuctors.
