My wife and I are considering going fulltime when I retire in 5 years. We've never toured in a motorhome before, so I couldn't pass up an incredible relocation deal.
I was lucky enough to get the $24 per day relocation special on Cruise Americas 25 foot motorhome next week. 2000 free miles too. The catch is I'm picking it up in Phoenix on Friday and have to get it to Seattle the following Saturday.
It's a LOT of driving, about the same distance as Key West to Detroit which I've done many times, but in a van. My wife and I have driven non-stop from Detroit to Las Vegas several times. We've always loved driving if there was something to see.
We've both been to Bryce, Zion and the Grand Canyon.
I found Capitol Reef and the San Rafael Swell to be awesome, but my wife has never been there.
So, here's my itinerary: I know I can't do it all.
Phoenix Grand Canyon National Park - South Rim Zion National Park (narrows walk) Bryce Canyon National Park Capitol Reef National Park Goblin Valley State Park Sightseeing through the San Rafael Swell Craters of the Moon National Monument Hells Canyon National Recreation Area Mt. Ranier National Park Seattle
Any suggestions, changes, comments?
Any GREAT places to camp along the way?

Since it sounds like you like those national parks I will add Mount Saint Helens National Monument. It is worth seeing.
I think you will have a tough time seeing Hells Canyon without stopping and "smelling the roses", it is off the main roads and is best seen by boat. You can also go to the back way between Zion and Bryce to see the Kolob Canyons area of Zion and Cedar Breaks National Monument.
