Well I made up my mind. I am going to buy a 5er I think. I stopped to day and looked at several and I have two I like in my price range one is a 2006 28 foot cougar RL 6145 lb dry and the other is a2008 26 foot Flagstaff RK 6210lb. Has anyone had any experience with ether of these? I like the RK Flagstaff floor plan best but have heard some bad things about the rear kitchens. Both of these look to be in very good shape not been used a lot.The 08 Flagstaff is brand new never been titled.  
I am not going to get in any hurry I want to look and find the best 5er I can find for the money that I like.

Nothing yet to add I am still looking and looking forward to getting into the RV life.
I am still as excited as a 6 year old with a new pair of underwear on the first day of school.

update late I bought an 2003 Jayco 26s made 2 trips and had a ball. Just got back from Jackboro, Tx. Fort Richardson State park with y 7 year old grandson and never laugh so much watching him play in the rain and mud.
