hitch for truck

I'm looking to get a new 5th wheel hitch. i would like to get one of the automatic sliders. New trailer touches window to easy.

I,m confused as to what i will all need.?I have a ford f350 2009 and a alpenlite

trailer. I like to take out the head when not using fiver.does the perminent rails allow this?
