I know many of you have websites and have to have web hosts. We are working toward going full time and beside starting a RV adventure website (Paradise Journey) we are creating a Christian website to continue with our small group we will be leaving behind and a website for our on the road business.
This is all new to us and we need some good honest input.
Grace be with you all.

Commercial or non-commercial?
If non-commercial I recommend e-rice.net. I use them for my sites and for $10/year you can't beat their prices. No hand holding, but if you've set up a site before you should not have a problem. I use godaddy.com for my domain names. I recommend using one company for domain names and another for website hosting....

Non-Commercial. I think I might of been tryin gto ask about the domain name. Wy do you choose Godaddy? Why separate hosting form Domain name?

Price mostly...they are reasonable. It hasn't happened to me, but I know a lot of folks who went with the same company for hosting and domain, then that company disappears and you lose not only your website but your domainname.

Thank you so much for the info. We have so much to consider as we try to become full timers. We are goign to get our websites up and running this weekend. We still have to get an RV. This is definately a most excellent adventure.
