All I have ever known about batteries is cca because I needed a lot for my high compression race engines. How do I find out the amp hours of my 12 volt RV battery? I can't seem to find the info on the case anywhere. Plan to get small invertor for computer use for the occasional Wal-Mart stop.

You should be able to find the information you are looking for on the internet. If you know the brand of battery and the style identification numbers, it should be an easy task to look it up on the WEB.

Most deep cycle battries have the amp hours listed on the label. It may be abreviated as AH or ah then followed by a hours, ah75. If not do as ahoweth suggest and look it up on the net. As a general guide a group 24 may have 40 to 55 ah, a group 27 may have 75 to 95 ah, it always best if you can find out for sure.
