YeeHaw! Best of luck with the sale. Some good indications coming out of N.A.R. today, they see positive signs the market is recovering.

We hope to be there next Spring........who knows...I have too much Motrin and Naproxyn invested in my home to just give it away....if we could just recoupe half of what we've lost in equity since 06/08 I'd be happy....but no less.

Congrats on the next step. It looks like the market is starting to return. We hope ours will sell in the near future also then we will get to see everyone down the road.

Beautiful home!! Good luck on selling your home. Our house is on the market also! Keep your eyes on the goal because selling can be such a roller coaster ride. Just remember "this too shall pass" and you will be on the road soon enjoying all your dreams. I can't even imagine what a wonderful education this will be for your children. Hope you sell quickly.
