Thanks so much for the great welcome. We are actually lurkers and have been reading for a few years. We went back and read every journal Howard and Linda wrote and they were awesome. I agree, this is the BEST RV site.
I just checked out your site too. You have some beautiful grand kids. Thanks! Gloria & Jerry

Welcome Jerry and Gloria. When we bought our new fifth wheel it was hard decission to make between a new 5er or a used American Dream or Eagle. I love the Dreams and Eagles.
We were scheduled to be in Oregon last August but the fires chased us out of California and we slowly headed to Pennsylvania and then on to Florida where we are spending the winter.
The talk of the snow makes me shiver but I added you journal to my favorites.

Thanks much! This is our first winter in Oregon and it has been a total change from Florida. We always wanted to spend at least one winter in the snow. So far we have enjoyed the experience much. Enjoy that Florida sunshine. Jerry & Gloria

Welcome!
We spent some time in St. Augustine this summer or fall (I lose track) and we really loved it there. We're thinking of making that home when we are done traveling next fall (when we have to go back to W-O-R-K).
What are your overall thoughts of the northeastern Florida?
Happy travels! Colleen

Jerry and Gloria,
We have a wonderful small home on a private road off University Avenue just south of the Arlington Expressway. Our MH sits under a port next to the house with hookups. Love the area as it is quiet with virtually no traffic on our road.
Coleen,
NE Florida is a great area as it is not touristy and has so much to offer. Great medical facilities, inluding Mayo Clinic. Great quality of life without too many big city problems. Our only reason to depart will be to fulltime within the next 18 to 20 months.

Hi Randy & Pam,
Thanks much for the welcome. Gloria & Jerry
Welcome Jerry and Gloria, I just had a chance to visit your blog... it reads like you are having a great time. That's what this RV'ing is all about isn't it? I don't know if your still in the area, but we had a chance to visit Silver Falls State Park, Oregon. It is about 25 miles east of Salem. This park was one of the biggest surprises for us. There are 8 absolutely beautiful waterfalls that you can easily hike to in a short period of time. They fall anywhere from 32 feet to 220+-feet. The campgrounds are also great. "IF" your still in the area it is something special. Keep traveling, stay safe, and have a great time.
