We stay in Grizzly RV Park in West Yellowstone whenever we go. We parked in Fishing Bridge once and if I remember correctly our site was a little tight for a bus with slides, but that was some years back and things could be different with them now. Their website does state only 30 amp and hard side camping only, maximum of 40 feet and back in only. But Fishing Bridge is more in the park, which has advantages, where West Yellowstone is, well, outside of the west entrance. Still close enough for day trips. These are the only two that I can comment personally on. Enjoy your trip!

I stayed in the KOA in Cody, WY last June before heading to the park. Clean, nice sites, reasonable rates. Couldn't get into Yellowstone because the road to the East entrance was snowed in! Darn!
Best Regards!

We stayed this summer at Valley View RV Park in Island Park, Idaho for a whole month with full hookups for $400. It's a basic park with no amenities except laundry but we were there for the Yellowstone access. It's 15 miles outside of West Yellowstone and we visited the park probably 5 times while we were there. There ARE parks in West Yellowstone which is right outside the park gate but they are quite a bit more expensive. If you only want a place to stay I'd definitely recommend Valley View. If you're only staying a few nights they do take Passport America, Escapees and Good Sam.
