Thought I would put a plug in for a product that has given us good service. We finally needed new tires on our Ford F 350 after 65,000+ miles, culminating with our trip to Alaska. We stayed with the same brand and model that the truck came with, because in that 65K we only had one flat and NEVER once had to add air. I can only hope that the new ones are as good. They are BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A. They weren't too expensive either, at $168 mounted and balanced. Fred

Looking at going with the Rickson 245/70R/19.5 on the Dodge, with a max single load of 4805 lbs. This is a commercial duty tire.

Thanx for the info. We will be looking for tires in January for the truck before we hit the road. I also was told about www.tirerack.com. Two men I work with buy through them and have been very pleased with prices and usually have their tires in two days via UPS.
