Al,
you can lookup historical weather avgs and high/low records at online weather sites, such as Weather Underground. Here is their annual data for Kerrville, Tx
I lived there 8 years, you can expect chilly nights in the 50's and in the 60-70's in the day. It is beautiful time of year to visit.

Here's a site that you can look up key cities all over the country for average temperatures and rainfall by month.

We've been thinking of trying the area also.

You will love the Texas Hill Country. The weather is iffy during the winter...not for snow but rain and chill. you will find it a great place to spend the winter. Sherri and I go there as often as we can and love it. There is a lot to do and see there.

We were in Texas Hill Country in 2006 during January and found it just beautiful - sunny and springlike. We are going back next year in February and can't wait. We love that area!!
Thanks
Al
