I have seen references umpteen times to buying a particular guide before you purchase an RV, but I have looked everywhere and read old posts, but can't find it.  Can someone help me out here?  Thanks.

I suspect you are looking for RV Consumers Group which you join and get their ratings guide plus books on helping you buy. Their website is http://www.rv.org/.
