Since I have 3 children and can't imagine living in an RV with them full-time, I'm curious if there are families out there who are full-timing with children.
What are the biggest trials to living in a small space and being on the road most days? How long are you driving at a time? (A few hours, a few days?) How long do you stay in one spot when you stop?
How do you stay sane? How do you keep the kids happy?
Also, there are countless FT family blogs and info out there. Try Googling several different forms of RV and /family/kids/"full time"/"road school"/etc...
Good luck!

I'm new to this FT'ing with 3 kids thing too. We are currently living in Bend, OR and both got laid off in the last few months. It's hard finding a job here right now and we've got an opportunity to go up to WA for 6 weeks and work. So instead of paying rent at a place we won't be at we are in the process of packing our things into storage and taking off. After the 6 weeks of work in WA we'd like to head south and work/play for the winter. We're looking at national parks, dude ranches, campgrounds and odd jobs. I'm a bit nervous but also excited and trusting that it will all work out and we'll come out of this in 6 months or 6 years happy, loving and having experienced a whole bunch of life together. Let's keep in touch on our journies. Perhaps we'll cross paths.
