Found this interesting. We had a home-made unit similar to this back in 1963. Don't think it's for Full-Timing though.

interesting RV, But calling for a reservation i have a cartop RV. I wonder what the park would say when they saw it. ???
I wonder how much weight a roof can really take , it weights 120lbs and say each person weights 150lbs that is a alot of weight on your roof......

Yikes! I don't think I'd want to sleep in that here in the West. With the winds we have, I'd be afraid I'd start the night as a car top camper and end the night as a tree top camper! Or maybe I'd get blown to the next campground, I'm not sure!
