Hi Cathy,
Jo and I have been cooks all our lives and we brought along a nice selection of our cook book collection when we started fulltiming almost 2 years ago.
We've been pleasantly surprised to find that we've been able to cook anything we used to in our stick house. It does make it easier having a center island and a convection microwave in addition to the gas oven though.
Good luck with your site,
Fred

Hello, I also love to cook and now have a nice granite center countertop in our Elite Suites. I find I can do just about everything I did when owning the house. We do have a oven and microwave convection however I am still in the learning process with it. My favorite recipes and cookbooks travel with me.
