I'm a new member and have just found your site in the past couple of days, but have been voraciously reading all of it. Great stuff!
I just have a question about your satellite dish placement. In your pictures of various campground reviews in 2005, I noticed your dish is almost at the very front of your roof. However, starting in 2006, the dish is almost dead middle of the rv. Is this an optical illusion?
Originally, our dish was installed on the very front of our rig. But we upgraded our equipment at The Rally in Daytona in January 2006. Our installer in Daytona felt that the front position was not the most level spot on the roof, so they moved the dish to the center. It's best if the dish is mounted on the flattest, most level spot.

If you go here http://rv-dreams.typepad.com/rvdreams_journal/2006/01/index.html and read Howard's posts for Jan. 20 and 21 you'll find your answers about the satellite dish... But reading ahead might spoil your fun...

Thanks for providing the link, Tim.
