Hi--My name is Ken and I am married to my high school sweetheart from the class of "68". The daughters are married, and house is empty, and we are ready for our great adventure. We just bought a 2002 Minnie Winnie and can't wait until spring to use it. I don't know the gray tank from the black-but I am ready to figure it out. We have been self-employed for years(Real Estate) and are just tired of working - would love to retire but can't get a clear picture if we could actually do it. We enjoy spending time together and experiencing new things. I have been a closet reader of this web-site since it started. I have been living through Howard and Linda and the rest of you and felt it was time to come out of the closet.

Hello there closet case! Welcome to the outdoors. We are so glad that you came out to talk and share your travels with us. Some of us are still held up by a J O B and we get out when we can. It is good to read about those of us that are free to travel at will. Keep in touch and wade in when you can.

We are NOT from Pa Dutch country, but pretty darn close. Southern NJ. We will be camping up in your area the weekend of Nov 9-12. Staying at Old Mill Stream next to Dutch Wonderland. Site 300. Stop on by!
Good to have "neighbors" on the forum. We started to RV about 2 1/2 years ago. Found out it is addictive. We fulltime in just 15 months (provided house sells, etc.).
Glad to have you on board!

Hello Ken and welcome to this great forum.
I am pretty close to you as my DW, my self along with our two Schnoodles ( Toby and Bailey ) live in Hanover Pa. We've never even camped before but hopefully, we'll have a class c or maybe a 5er next spring. We won't be doning the full time thing yet as my DW and my self still work. She has about 5 years to go and i have about 10 years to go. We'll try the rv thing and see if we like it, but it sure sounds loads of fun.
Take care.
