How many of you use a toaster oven instead of a regular toaster that just handles bread and pastries?  What kind do you use and why do you like it? A toaster oven seems to make more sense as it handles a variety of foods.  Like warming a slice of my DW's home-made apple pie 

We have something in between, it is called a Toasty Oven by Sanyo. It is tall and has two shelves instead of being wide with one shelf. In our old motorhome it fit a spot we had perfectly and still works well in this motorhome. They sell them at Fry's Electronics stores.

I am just heading out fulltiming, but yes, I have a toaster oven in my RV because I have so loved it in my kitchen. I do lots of little things in it because it makes many things, like grilled cheese sandwiches, crispier than in the microwave. The brand I have is Black and Decker and mine bolted under a cabinet in the RV. Vee
