Hi Linda, To celebrate our new coach, and being "almost fulltimers" now I just had to try one of your recipes that I will be cooking when we go out in our MH. I chose the one your grandfather made for you, and it is every bit as delicious as you and everyone else on the forum has claimed. Larry really enjoyed it....and he thanks you too. We had a nice salad and bottle of wine with it out on our deck and just made believe we were in Colorado or Wyoming and in our new coach...hee When Larry retires May 2008...I'll be using your great recipes in my good old crockpot on many occcasions. We'll be going over to the Maine coast for our maiden voyage in September to try out our MH, and I plan to make the ribs then. They sound yummy too. Thank you Arlene

Arlene, I can verify that you can't go wrong with the crock pot ribs. I made them several times last winter when we were buried under several feet of snow here in Denver, and couldn't get out on the deck for a real BBQ. They are addictive!
