If I remember right from some friends who have a place at Mount Olive Shore North each Phase got more restrictive so a Phase I lot would be the most flexible. Is this right? Nice area with easy access to Clermont, Lakeland, Tampa and Orlando.

The lots got bigger in the later phase but I don't think the restrictions are different. There are two club houses and any phase can use either club house. The lot I have is aproximately 60' x 120'. If you go to the website for Mount Olive Shores there is a site map and this lot is 6 lots south of the of the oldest club house. As it stands now the developer has to build the structure so therefore you get a warranty. The lot is #40 in Phase 1. If you are concerned about a particular restriction I would be more than happy to check into it for you.
