Howard, not really a question but a suggestion. While in Colorado, be sure to take the Cog railway to the top of Pikes Peak in Manitou Springs ( just outside Colorado Springs ). It does not cost an arm and leg and it's several hours of great scenery. There may be a little snow on the ground there yet on the shady side of the rocks.
