Howard, Could you explain how you accomplished the many unique cabinetry modifications that you prominently show under 'our home'? They look very professionally done! Your descriptions infer you did them yourself. Great work! But if so, why does your startup financial page refer to Cabinet & Closet Space Modifications $2,830.00, which seems to be a lot of $ for DITY mods. If a more detailed "how to" explanation is already available (like your explanation for the custom bed topper), please point me to it.
So glad you're enjoying TX - we lived in San Antionio for 7 years!
Thanks!

I think the whole rest of the Forum is laughing at the thought that I might have done the modifications myself.
While we were living in the rig the last three months before our jobs ended, while we still had a major income, Linda went to one of those "Organized Living" stores with all the space saving stuff. She got a business card of a space planner who agreed to come and offer suggestions to improve the storage space in our RV.
The space planner made some suggestions and then put us in touch with a professional cabinet maker. He came to our rig so that he and Linda could bounce ideas off of each other. They came up with a plan and he measured everything.
He did as much as he could in his shop, and then he spent a day or so making the modifications in the fifth wheel. It was expensive to get all the work done, but it was well worth it!
So there you have it. I don't have any type of "how-to" other than to find someone talented and creative to help create more usable and livable space.

Howard,
Thanks for the prompt "rebuttal" and explanation, many looked simple enough that DITY would have sufficed, but certainly not all.
Custom cabinetry isn't cheap, but looks great!
