We have been in Las Vegas at the Oasis RV Resort for the past 3 days attending a McKinzie Rally...its a first for both of us, town and rally. Talking with lots of couples and finding out just how many of these couple do full timing that attend rallies. Learning and finding out many things so it is an experience for us. southwestjudy & Bob & 2blackdogs

Hi Judy!
Please post and tell us more about your experience at the rally! Since it was your first, tell us what you liked about it, disliked etc. We've not attended a rally yet either, so it will be nice to hear your "thoughts"
Thanks!

Glad you're enjoying your rally, the Oasis, and Las Vegas. Rallys are the best place to learn all the things that you "didn't know that you didn't know." When we bought our first RV we went to the club rallys sponsored by the manufacturer of our coach. If you had a question about anything, there were always people around to show you, help you, tell you about it. Good Sam and FMCA regional and national rallys are great-with seminars and vendors. We have a diesel pusher and the best rally we have ever been to was sponsored by Spartan Chassis (manufacturer of the chassis under our Dutch Star). We learned more than we could ever have imagined about our coach and felt it should be required before they ever let you drive your rig away from the dealer! You also get to see all sorts of things people have done to improve their coach, learn about places they have traveled, etc. You won't regret going to a few rallys.
