Is there a person writing about full-timing that uses a MDT for towing? I love reading about peoples' full-time experiences and am interested in MDT'S but have never found a writer driving a MDT.

Please ignore my ignorance, but what is an MDT?

Tylers: A couple of typical definitions. LT - Light Trucks like the F150, S10, etc... MDT - Medium Duty Truck or business class trucks converted for hauling 5th wheel RV trailers like the F450/550, TopKick, etc.... HDT - Heavy Duty Truck like semi tractor trucks (Class 8) converted for hauling 5th wheel RV trailers like Volvo, Kenworth, etc...
We are full timing in a fiver and just bought a F-550 for pulling it and it does the job just fine. Today we just pulled the fiver up across Hoover Dam and out, it did great!! The truck was customized for a fifth wheel. Any questions feel free to email. Southwestjudy & Bob & 2blackdogs
