We use Simple Green for a lot items, but we recently discovered "Bar Keeper's Friend" a fine abrasive that even cleaned to brass plumbing on the old coach.  Be sure and test it first.

For outside, I use 303 products and some ProtectAll products.

I LOVE the magic erasers! I use them on the sinks and shower (the whole shower, door and all), all the windowsills, the chrome, the kitchen appliances, anything I think I can get away with. You know the thing I'm having a hard time finding on the shelves anymore is the Resolve Carpet Granuals (not the spray or foam) This was the best for helping keep a carpet looking brand new, and with a dog in the trailer that's really important! Other stuff I use is just basic, pledge, glass cleaner (professional foam), pine-sol or simple green.

I second the Magic Eraser.  I have used it on the rubber trim inserts that cover the screws that join the RV sides together and also used one to remove some paint scratches left on my MH by another RV's mirror.

The Magic Eraser is truly amazing.  Can't beat the price, either!

The Magic Eraser also works great on removing black streaks from the outside of the RV.

I love the microfiber cloths (25 to a bag $12 at Sam's).  Armed with those and half strength 91% alchohol in a spray bottle I can clean almost anything.  Club soda for spots on the carpet.  Comet for sinks and shower.  Vinegar for coffee pot and refrig.  Keep it Simple !!!!
