OK I have tried many cleaners and some I see are better than others but I don't know if I have found the right one. I want your input on what you think is the best. I just got my new 5ver and I want to keep it looking as new as possible. The park we are living in now has trees all around us and I know that there will be a need to clean this roof often.

Hi,
I would also like to add a guestion to this post. Is the RV Rubber Roof cleaner any good on the new rubber roof? I was told when I bought a C class MH in 2004 that I needed to do the roof with the rubber roof cleaner at least twice a year. I now own a fiver and all the owners manual (for a lack of a better term:)) said just wash it with mild soap? The rubber roof cleaner did seem to have a stickiness to it that might seal.............. or not?
Thanks, Billy

As I said in other posts, I am a fan of 303 Products.
I have used them since our Avion 5er for almost everything. They have a product for rubber and vinyl. I use the protectant on the vent covers and skylight also.

Hi, we're new to the forum but I would still like to reply to the rubber roof cleaning question. Better 3 months late than never. The best cleaner that I have ever used on our roof is woolite. Yep, the stuff momma soaks her sweaters and all that kind of stuff in. A bucket of warm water, woolite and a long handled scrub brush. It works better than anything else I've tried and is a lot cheaper than rubber roof cleaner. Dave
