For several years, we drove to Ft. Lauderdale until we figured out we could fly and rent a car for very little more. We always tried to top off before we left GA because fuel was so cheap. It's $3.54 now in Springfield, MO. What happened to fuel prices in GA? BTW, it's 28 here.

I don't know if this has been done before but I thought it might be fun to see what the weather is like wherever YOU are located. And what's the pirce of fuel where you're at?
Manchester TN is currently 30 degrees with light snow. Gas was at $3.59 last Sunday, haven't gone into town since then, but it jumped 30 cents in the last month.

Reply to gas prices in GA I heard taxes went up. I to would stop in at one of three truck stops there before crossing into FL prices about the same now. SC is the place for cheaper fuel. Back to current conditions 5:45am 36° Suffolk, VA 3/3/13, fuel prices gas 3.45 gal, diesel 3.84 gal

Currently (5:40pm) in Oklahoma City it is 64 degrees and I bought gasoline at about noon at $3.55 for non-ethanol gasoline. (We never buy ethanol fuel. We were reading in the owner's manual for our F150, and it said that we needed to run at least one tank of non-ethanol fuel every oil change. I know that the ethanol is not good on engines, ESPECIALLY small engines like lawn mowes and portable generators.)
Diesel on the pump was $3.85, cash price.
In Oklahoma City, the prices can vary a lot in various parts of the city.

Last week in Fort Myers it was about 10 degrees warmer and fuel about the same.

Near Ottawa Ontario Canada it is -4 and still lots of snow and ice on the ground. If the weather forecast is right, Snow should be melted by Monday......Yeah........ $1.29 a litre today. That works out to $4.88 a gallon. Think I should drive across the border to fill up.

Currently 47 in Oklahoma City. Coming across Arkansas on Monday the temp was 63 then dropped into the upper 30's accompanied by very strong winds. I'm just glad we weren't in a high profile vehicle. Gas at the station across from the hotel is $3.35.

Same here in Mesa, Arizona. We had some good wind gusts from the thunderstorms today and it got down to 45 degrees but is already warming up. Set a rainfall record in Phoenix, 0.68 inches. We have outdoor plans both Monday and Tuesday and the extended forecast says sunny and in the 70s.

Currently it is 31 degrees with rain/sleet/snow mixture freezing on I-90 and strong winds in Sioux Falls SD. It was 70 degrees yesterday evening at 8 when we drove through Nashville. I'm NOT ready for this cold! LOL Gas was $3.49 at Pilot on I-29 in Sioux Falls went we went past.
